Help with Logging In to Santa Cruz COE Appointment Plus Scheduling System:

If you're having trouble logging into your account after selecting "forgot password", reset your account password with a strong password. Make sure you incorporate the following to your new password:

  • At least 8 characters, but not longer than 20 characters

  • At least one upper case letter

  • At least one lower case letter

  • At least one number

  • Cannot contain your name

  • Cannot be the same as your user name or contain your user name

  • Cannot be a rearrangement of the letters in your username

  • Must be a unique password each time you reset it. Password cannot be one you have already used.


Help with Managing Your Appointments

  1. Login with your account. If you forgot/do not know your password Click on Login and Click Forgot Password. You will receive email on how to reset. Your username is your work email address.

2. Click on your name in the top right corner.

3. Click on Appointments

4. Click the "Upcoming" tab

5. Scroll through all your scheduled appointments

6. Click on "Book Appointment" to add an appointment

Help with Rescheduling

  1. Login with your account.

  2. Click on your name in the top right corner.

  3. Click on Appointments

  4. Click reschedule or cancel to change your appointment

Lost your COLOR Barcode Number

If a patient loses their barcode, they must contact Color Support for assistance at 844-352-6567 or mycovidtest@color.com.
